Basic C++ (College) Class

I was gonna comment on C++ Class being ambiguous but you said lectures and assignments, so really that was kenjoe not reading :p

I did however modify the title so people didnt think it was a template for a basic c++ class.

+1 for contrib00ting to the newbies
