Conference Call/Video Meeting Software

Dear All,


    Kindly suggest what is the best software for PC or Mobile if possible can work both environment. That can work 10-30 members inside company. I hope this will work as well outside country like canada.


Please suggest anything that works perfectly


sample like : Gotomeeting, skype

I doubt there are any free online ready-to-go solutions available (assuming you want free service), but if you have some server space, try BigBlueButton or Apache OpenMeetings - there are more but I had tried to install these two as they are biggest free meeting solutions out there, however BBB was a fail, didn't install for shit and Apache OM kinda installed but didn't work all the way, I just couldn't make it work with documents and just to install it required lots of hacking :/

It's voice, and open source, and encrypted end to end by default.

There's also teamspeak, but that's not open source.

If you wanted some solution with video I guess google has some shitty thing you can use so they can spy on you.
Or you can get all technical and use XMPP protocal (Jabber) with end to end encryption for text (OTR) and for voice/video (ZRTP).
Google or anyone will be much less likely to spy on you with XMPP.

Thanks for the suggestion sir, Really appreciated.


   I was looking for a permanent solution with better support. As per your suggestion google apps is not safe, maybe their is better apps can be use for a conference call w/video option. Like Bigbluebutton which is nice apps, i will try with this and give you update.
