Windows 7, its just simple dialog controls with resources, i think its ok for an first attempt

After this is done you should post a binary (with warnings) so people can attempt to bust it.

That being said please add some code to this, currently all I'm looking at is a UI.

Just pick a scripting language, look into sockets and the IRC protocol, and you're set.

If you don't want to learn (I hate myself to saying this) look into the countless of frameworks there is for IRC bots out there.

What's the point of asking for feedback, when you don't want to share your code? There's only one way to better your coding - by asking someone who's better than you to give you feedback.
