Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question but I don't usually use evilzone. I was just wondering, are cookies like reputation points?

You don't loose cookies when you give them. Stealing don't gain cookies. They are pretty much a symbol to how the community views you.

I really don't feel this warrants being Stickied.

I think most members pick up on what a cookie is rather quickly, however any other Mod or Admin who feels the need to sticky it surely may.

This doesn't need to be sticky. It is restarted enough with out special attention.
