wait, you've got "hacker" in your name, but don't know how to spoof email meta-data? shame on you!
also, somewhere on this forum are at least two tools / links to tools that allow you doing exactly that. I'm not going to provide you a link tho, and least search for yourself....

Just go to hackforums all ready. You do 0 research, 0 learning, and obviously have 0 knowledge. you would fit right in at that site. I mean i havent even TRIED to google this question and i can guarantee you could find out a TON about this with just a single search. I mean jesus email spoofing is one of the oldest tricks in the book, and that is not an exaggeration. The ONLY way you could not know this, or not find information on it, is if you havent even tried. I will not try for you.

Its possible OP is asking why when he sends an email at 4pm it shows up in the receivers inbox at 3pm.

This issue can occur if all the following conditions are true:
You are in a region that does not follow daylight saving time (DST).
The server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server where the mailbox is hosted is located in a region that follows DST.

iCloud

When you send or receive email, the time it was sent or received appears in the email header (the information at the top of the email). If the time shown in your email header is incorrect, you need to change the time zone setting for your iCloud account.

Gmail

If you travel, your Gmail messages can have the wrong time stamp, even after you change your computers time, leading to out-of-order emails when sorted by date/time. Here's how to fix it:

Your Google account is associated with a timezone, and you have to manually update it when you travel or move if you want message times to be accurate with your local time. This Gmail help page details how to fix the issue:

Visit https://www.google.com/accounts/Manag....
Find the Personal Settings and click Edit next to the 'Email addresses' section.
For the Time Zone field, choose the time zone that matches your location.
Click Save.
Sign out of Gmail and sign back in.
