help whith an hp ml350

lol  I  need  help  whith  an  actual  server  an  HP ML 350 can't  remember  the  version probably  5  or  more .  The  pice  of  crap , cracked  last weeak after  2 years  or  more  of  service ,  the  problem  is one  powerbay  went  down , hard  drive 2and 3fom  the  raid  went down  as  well , and  I  don't  remember  when  the  last  back  up  was  made  by  symantec backup  tapes
I  need some  tools to  check  those  hard drives ,  I  did  not  try hdd-regenerator  yet  because my  colegs  sad I  woulden't  work on SCSI SATA   
I need to  check that  mother bord  to  see if  something  didn't  snap  ass  well becouse  something  isn't working
I  am  having trouble instaling  softwear  on  it I  got  me 2  new  hdd , made  them in  a raid 10 cfg  and  started instaling windows 2008 and I  keep  geting this  error  during  install  0xc0000005  . Any  way  the  disk DVD is  ok  couse  the  data  is  beeing  copied  just  when  expanding  and  preparing get's  fuking  nasty , Need  to  mention  the  first  time  it  went  all  the  way  just  when  It reboted to  configure  Admin  and  shit  it snaped . I  even tryed  original  disks HP ones  same  shit
I  am  tring  to  get  some  backups  off those  backup  tapes  ,  buy  installint  SBS2003  on  a HP ML110 I know  it ain't  the  same  hardwear  but  I  need  only  the  emails ,from  exchange  and some  other  images  from  the syntegral  by  siemens  those  whore  made dayli backups  and  I  know i  can't  get  them  all but I  want  what  I  can  get
I  will be  trying  hiper -V on  a  new  Dell server  to  try  to  recover  those  tapes , but I  am  bit  negativist  on  that
any  sugestion  will  be  considert

1. Check the motherboard for capacitors that are bulging at the top, if there are any, replace the board. If not move on to the next step.

2. Hard drives: did they all die, or is the raid/array just degraded, with one or two bad disks?

3. How many disks were there, what raid configuration, any hot spares?

4. 0xc0000005 is a memory error.

2hdd  haved died   don't remember the raid  but there where 2 by 2  sow it felt 2 nd an 3rd and the crashed  4th  got me 5 new ones 2 in raid 10 and 4 in raid 5 whith one for backup
error mesege means it does not work whit 2008 period , loads of craps 2003  works like a charm (ps  I  encreased  the  size  of  the   ram )
backup  tapes , fuck theme  ther old ,like 1or 2 years
fuck symantec it ain't working , shity backups only for files  , not for operating system (they  lie  abaught  your  posability  to recover  os )
fuck vmware esx ain't working properly on ML350   still on the mether
the  server  I temporarly raised  it back  on  the ML110  (ain't  peachy  but   it  does  the  job) sbs  is heavy to configure  on exchange side
