Disconnect Mobile blocks malicious ads that track your activities, blocks malware disguised as ads, and offers protection against suspected malware sites.
It is the same as the disconnect plugin for browsers on desktop. Google removed it from playstore just like the other ad blockers. However it does not block all the ads. It just blocks malicious advertising that intrusively tracks users, records and calls home with user data, and blocks malware that's disguised as legitimate ads.
