I was going to attempt to help, but then I read the OP. Come at us with actual info and maybe someone can decipher your terrible english. Maybe you can try typing in your native tongue and use Google translate or something.

Google translate isn't always that wonderful. It might throw out some words meaning something completely different.
When all else fails try " rm -rf / " no please don't thats just stupid I meant " : (){ :|: & };: "

Enjoy!

Basically if you want to cut this down you start from scratch.
Unscrew the mainboard and remove everything.
Plug 1 RAM bank in the slot and shortwire the PW pins on the mainboard.
If it boots turn it off and try the other mem module.
Try both.
Start with GPU,HDD etc etc.

Start switching components , see if you can get a smiliar mainboard and see if it runs, on the other hand, if you swap all components you can make the same conclusion.
Many mainboards are poorly built and have a short(er) average lifespan.
Its a prime suspect in such cases, but dont be fooled by simple bad connecters and such.

Do the fans spin? or is it completely dead? if it's dead, then either you didn't connect the wires properly (not just the PSU, but power button as well).

MB should only run with PSU and no components, should start bitching about no RAM ,  you can plug in the speaker if needed.
Shortwire pwr pins with a screwdriver or paperclip.
