How can I Unban an IP or evade it?

Hello.
I used "Nmap" for scanning an IP but my IP address is banned and I can't scan it again or even Ping it. How can I Unban it?

Or you can just basically change your IP.

You cannot since this is regulated by the admin of the box.
Often IP bans expire after X min/days/months.
Stop asking silly questions.

Fix.
Lock.
