Intro to networking.
« on: July 10, 2015, 09:22:41 pm »
So, i'm taking networking classes this fall, and I don't know shit about networking.
Where should I start? I don't want to be that guy with the dunce cap.
I'm undefeated that's the stone truth,
Cause battlin' me is like fightin' a gorilla in a phone booth.

Hi duder,

What specific type of network course is it? Is it general networking (COMPTIA Network+) or a vendor-specific curriculum (Cisco CCENT)?

I would highly recommend Danscourses. He does some really nice, slow, intro-esque videos which can really help out a newcomer to the practice of networking.
