Kali Linux error

right so basically i'm try loading to load kali linux 1.1.0 on VMware Workstation 11, but i try loading it and get this error: This virtual machine is configured for 64-bit guest operating systems. However, 64-bit operation is not possible.


This host does not support Intel VT-x.

i've had it for ages and couldn't figure out a solution, someone help me im sick of it, i might be a complete mong as i'm new with Kali

Location of virtualization setup can vary quit much depending on your machine and it's bios. One of my laptops has it under "Security" menu  and other one in "Advanced", so just take another look and also just to make sure I have to ask; your host machine has 64-bit processor? It would be anyways smart to tell some info of your host machine, when you ask these kind of questions.

see i still can't see it? yeah i my machine has a 64-bit processor, i have a ASUS X401A laptop, i'll have another look but any more Advice will be great  :)

There is multiple different models of that laptop, but they seem to have Intel B970 processor in them if i checked correctly.
