This is a topic based on opinion. My question to start this topic is, do you drink muscle milk before or after a workout, or do you not drink it at all?
Now I ask this because, it seems there are mixed reviews on Muscle Milk in general. So I would like to know everybody thinks.
I have drank Muscle Milk in the past during my workout, (after every rep I would take a sip) and personally, I like the taste and everything, its a good tasting drink.
If you guys do not like Muscle Milk, comment why. If you do and or recommend it, comment why.
