You could search for a RFI vulnerability and let it execute your php script including it as a .txt.
RFI isn't common anymore though...

Depending on the version of PHP running you could try a null byte. Or see if you can overwrite their htaccess. Or see if you can use the other php extensions like php1, phtml etc...
