New IRC feature: stats

As part of OP Forum_revival we decided to install IRC stats. Because the IRC is an active and fun place, we thought it could become even more fun with these funny stats.
The page for stats can be found here: https://evilzone.org/ircstats/

Currently only #evilzone is logged, page is updated every 10 minutes.

Is there a reason EvilBot doesn't get stats? When he changed the topic, ops or deops doesn't make it to the stats.

Is there a reason EvilBot doesn't get stats? When he changed the topic, ops or deops doesn't make it to the stats.

I configured it to ignore bots (Evilbot, ezbot, wormbot), they spam the stats too much. Evilbot skews the stats about OPs.
