How to create an anonymous forum

ello! My name is logart. I don't come here to be a hacker or anything. I need assistance of how to create an anonymous forum/message board. The thematic of the forum that i want to create is not entirely legal. I mean is not anything bad, is about growing cannabis for personal use.

I was in a cannabis forum as a moderator but the admin closed it for legal issues in Spain, got scared and closed the website. However I don't live in Spain, so i won't have those issues, i hope.

So my main goal is make the forum totally anonymous for the owner. I need assistance to know the options i have.

Also do you really need a forum> Will people use it? Plus if you wish for this website to be totally safe, you kinda need to make sure your target audience (weed smokers and farmers) know how to protect themselves too (VPN, proxy or TOR; otherwise you could have a problem knowing that some users might leak your website/ forum to normal residential ISPs.

Thank you! Yes, people use forums! To ask questions, creating their own growing threads, etc. Is there a way to force users to use vpn's to enter the forum?

I kinda want to make a forum in XENFORO. I don't want a blog or website what i need and the users is a forum, message board kind of thing.

I don't think its illegal to discuss smoking/growing weed anywhere.

No one is stupid enough to post pictures of their grow rooms online without taking due care and attention to ensure they're fairly anonymous, surely? ;-)

Hobby growers aren't the focus of anyone, where it is illegal its the serious growers / importers who are under the spotlight. And there are far better ways to find these people than scanning forums ...

Consider creating a hidden service on Tor. I recommend a dedicated machine, with whonix inside of a virtual container. You can combine with by encrypting your harddrive with LUKS. And for getting a server, you could just simply purchase one anonymously through bitcoins (under vpn/tor/privacy proxy etc. I would go with a private/unlisted socks5 proxy, lower the chance of triggering any anti fraud engines. I wouldn't recommend Xenforo, it's not free or very open. I would recommend SMF (What evilzone is running), phpbb or mybb.

But agreed with Katheudo, there's a lot of drugforums on clearnet and darknet already. It it nessecary to create your own?
