Airguns
« on: November 19, 2011, 01:17:18 am »
I  know a slingshot would be better but that is the only weapon I can get with some cost in my country , we don't have the first amendment like the gringo's  have , and letal  weapons are only permited  to  army , policeforce and hunters . Since only the hunter option  is  available  I am takeing small steps in  to  becoming one (long process  and only if  you know  some  blonde whith bue eye's guy's aka secret  services )
the  deal is simple i wan't  to know if  there any good , ranges , kill zone ,what  can you hun't whith one , not  that is posible with one in my country because  there considerd practice guns and are only alowed in shooting range , but none  the less it  will  be a  good practice for  when I  will  hold  a hunter permit

First off, it is the Second Amendment that allows us to keep and bear arms (and I thank the founding fathers for that every day), second, what country do you live in? I don't know how old you are or how much money you have, but honestly, if you want to learn to shoot, come to the US and go to a shooting school for a week or something. I know that is expensive, and I am only suggesting that if you have the money. For airguns though, just look around online on sporting goods retailers and check out the features of different guns. Maybe go to one of the indoor ranges that you mentioned and ask some of the people there, since they will know what you can and can't do in your area, legality wise.

lol I  live  in  Romania ,  the airguns ain't expensive  from 100 euro to 500 , second , those shooting ranges are  not that  widle spread  and  they have only air pistols , I  prefer rifles ,  and I went  to  2 shops and they  have non experienced workers
I done  a  bit of study on  the  meter  ,but i thought someoane that  has  such weapons  would  give  some  details I know  that  some evilzone members  are hunters one is bubzuru
Ps I am major , and  work for  a living ,sow  cash is not the  problem ,but I don't  wan't an accesorized  slingshot

it all depends on the power

a .177 @ 6 ft\lb will kill a rat from 20yrds easy
a .22  @ 30 ft\lb rifle will drop a pidgin from 25yrds (with a nice shot)
a .458 @ 500 ft\lb will drop a buffalo , easy kill a human

depends what gun you want (im guessing a .22 rifle)
you can get them cheap , like £25 , bad quality but they do the trick

do you want a spring powerd or pcp ??

well if you want quick reload a pcp would be better
also there is no recoil atall (very nice guns, for the price)

maybe air arms s410 (multi shot, bolt action)

but spring guns ar ok , Weihrauch HW-90K is nice (powerfull as well)

Both around 450 GBP
