IRC info and about link back up.

- Web IRC java applet added to http://evilzone.org/webirc/index.php and added to the top left navigation-bar in RED so people use it :)
- About link at navigation-bar is back.
- IRC information topic is updated and linked.

Dear people of evilzone,

We currently host a few other forums on our IRC server and the members of those Forums are way more active than the members of evilzone.

IRC is an old chat messaging protocol but it is still used ALOT in the underground/hackers scene,  so why not use it??  it is very easy to log in and start sharing knowledge and having tons of fun.

Just check this thread: http://evilzone.org/random/(official-thread-for-epic-irc-quotes)/ for some truly funny moments!

When are most people on? I've looked into it a few times, but I've never seen any one.

There is, sadly enough, little activity in #evilzone. But from time to time there will be talk there. Join other channels as well if you want more conversations ;) #securityoverride and #ircxr are pretty good.
