Evilzone - The Story

Hello fellow Evilzoners 

I was thinking, because of several reasons. That we should make a large thread with all the good times and bad times of Evilzone's history.

One of the reasons why this would be nice is; people often ask me what Evilzone is about, and whats with the new look and changes and whats happend to ez and etc etc etc. So, it would be very neat to be able to send them of to a large topic with the entire Evilzone history! It would also make a neat introduction for new people to get to know Evilzone a little better and such. Ay?

I would like to gather alot of key persons in the history of Evilzone, and perhaps someone not bing a main figure, to get the outside story. Calling old Evilzoners!

1. Everyone who wants to contribute writes their version of the entire EZ history(or the part they were registered, not everyone have been here since 2006)
2. Everyone who wants to contribute writes down the things of EZs history they find important and we assemble all the texts later on into one piece

I don't remember since when I was registered I just know that I'm with evilzone for some time now, but I really do not remember that much. It was a community like any other.
Old evilzone was cool, we didn't had an IRC channel (or we did, just didn't use that much like we do now?). If I try to remember I might put a story for ya

Well lets see... From what I can remember, started out as a simple black page with flame text that read "hackers heaven" when I first started coming to the site. The page consisted of mainly some skiddy tools if memory serves me correctly. Eventually it became a forum which is when I first joined. Now when I first joined the EvilZone community I was the unknown noob and didn't post much, but mainly got a bunch of lame hack tools and viruses to destruct other computers thinking I was cool (ha what a joke now) However I had no clue or the knowledge I have now. From what I remember it was the .net domain, and I enjoyed the warez section as that was my cup of tea back then. Eventually (not really knowing what was happening) the site had split and never hearing the name evil.io, but have heard netsplitter, I decided to go with the .org domain. After that I became more active in all honesty to gain access into the VIP section. I had about 100-200 posts and I think netsplitter had the requirement of 500. That was when I posted my 0-day warez application thread and messaged netsplitter and he let me into the vip section, just that I wasn't allowed to post until I had 500 posts as netsplitter warned me that I would most likely get flamed. After that I'm not really sure whats all happened. There were lots of DDoS attacks, the site constantly down people disappearing, changing their names etc. I can't remember all of the oldies, however some of them are here. As far as the story, should start at hackers heaven, under netsplitter and evil.io, follow the split of the domains, then go on during the netsplitter reign, the odin reign, the joepie reign, the odin reign, the ande reign, the shutdown, the opening on wp, the shutdown, the start of what we are now. A lot has changed and I may have got the order fucked up, but if someone is having trouble during a certain time, I will try and fill in any gaps I can. I may be one of the few older members here along with machacker, satan911, bubzuru, etc.

Yep that's also how I remember it. Of course I also have some memories from when I joined to where I am now. I'll take some time to add a bit more details to what you wrote and add a few stories I can find in the archives. (Perhaps we should meet on IRC)

all I know is, that I registered somewhere after somer,
and time passes on until the start of the christmas attack
allot of people assigned up, and just a few days before the big day, we were DDos and the site was offline for some time.
next thing I know was that the board slowly changed to this board with the errors in between.

My story:

It was an easter day when i came from the church to an internet cafe.

I really wanted to be a "hacker" cause i saw some video where someone defaces a webpage.

Googled, googled, googled, found this "Hacker's heaven", back then it wasn't evilzone.org it was evilzone.net
The design was green with flaming text "Hacker's Heaven". The website had alot of "skiddy" tools if that's what you would like to call them.

At that time as far as i can remember, they were using Google Newsgroup or some shit like that to communicate.

EvilZone at that time was owned by netspliter and evil.io, he is from my country (Bulgaria) as far as i can remember.

I was quite an idiot at that time so "becoming a hacker" got boring and i kinda stopped going to the website.

Over 2 weeks later i just happened to come across the website again and BAM! It was a SMF forum. I registered:


Everything was going quite well, tools were being posted, tutorials, people were coding, lots of new members daily, etc..
A few days later something happened:

We changed our passwords, back to good times.

Few months later, netspliter and evil.io seem to have gotten in a fight. The e-mail all the members received:


Luckaly, i was one of the people who moved to .org with netspliter, some still stayed at evilzone.net.

After the fight, i think there were lots of DDoS and spam attacks between the 2 forums.

Yes, there was evilzone.net and evilzone.org. I can't really remember what happened next but.. i think evil.io gave up and evilzone.net went down.

And so, evilzone.org continued to be the original.

11th November. The EvilZone IRC server was created:


26th January 2008, EvilZone is back online after 6 days of downtime:

Sucked without it.

Later, Odin registered but was using a different name, i can't quite remember it but it was something like "cyberneticxmasghost" or instead of ghost, mascot. I dunno.

Later, he either had a namechange or just made a new account. I think he and netspliter were good friends and shit, he was Gmod for a while as far as i can remember and finaly an administrator.

Later, netspliter dissapeared, i couldn't really get much info on whether he quit managing the website or just didn't have time for it anymore.

Odin was the only person i've seen "managing" the forum along with gmods and such. He added quite good stuff to the forum, altho i didn't really like him much. Board like Fucked up shit!!

A few months later, I go to the forum and i see the forum spammed by Odin saying something i can't really remember but he was raging about ande i think?
I can't really explain here much i hope ande can cover this part.

After months of me, raging to become gmod as for being an oldfag and mature enough to keep the forum clean, ande made me one. (Thanks alot ande! )

Stuff was going quite good at that time, but somehow the forum got "hated" by alot of people and something like that and i think it was becoming shit, so a new board was introduced with warez, porn and fucked up shit taken down.

Well my story ends here as alot of people that are here now joined at that time and can tell further.

Sadly i don't think i can stay here cause,

1. Yeah.. i was a skiddy and this board somewhat doesn't suite me, i'm not saying it's bad or anything.
2. Problems..

Where just looking around in my gmail account for evilzone mails.    got like hundreds of them in my mail box.
I came by at exactly 30-10-08  ^^.
Still got alot of funny shit,   like abot,jbot,dbot   things like adosser and the usb thief modified by neo.
I don't know why i just liked the olddays so much,   its was just great...
And on evilzone i seen my first video of deren brown,   who made me an NLP manipulation freak .
