Requirements: 2.1+ ; ROOTED DEVICE

1. First of all this app will scan all the programs installed on the device and then make a list

2. After that tap long on the target, and from the upcoming menu select Patch It

3. Now in this step you will see a dialogue

4. Now Click Backup

5. Trying to drive a hex string Original in round 4 bytes: AA ** EA 1A[bytes are between (**) these]

6. Now for hex string replacement, which must be done keeping the bytes same i.e (**) keeping figure between these same

7. Now Click Patcher at the bottom

8. Now Click Launch to check the change(It it fails the restore it)

It would seem this app is to patch certain applications (like SPB Shell, Titanium Backup, etc) and patch them for backup and installatoin on other devices (if you get what I mean lol)

Honestly I didn't understand.
Hex editing would mean it would be for cracking a tool, yes, but I doubt it's something as simple as replacing a string like that, seems too simple you know?

And remember you need to root your device, I know it's there and bolded, but I don't think it's easy to notice it.

Honestly I dont know much about the app. What Im thinking is its the people that protect their paid apps with a different kind of authentication. One application that comes to mind is SPB Shell. If you use titanium backup and back up the apk then install it on another device, then it wont work. IDK if its that simple I haven't gotten anything successful out of it. Thought I'd share for people to take a look at it.

I see, it could be an hex edit regarding the MAC/IDE of the device, but still looks like a lame protection

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread but i felt it worth mentioning a very good android app called Lucky Patcher v2.2.6 that ive used alot to crack paid apps. It works quite well and uses many different techniques on alot of different apps....

What happens is when you download a paid app(for free) not from the playstore...there will be no license verification with it,since it wasnt downloaded from the playstore,so what this app does is it cracks the app or creates a license verification so you can use the app normally and doesnt give you an error anymore
for ex:titanium backup,rom toolbox...etc
