DJ Contests and promos

Essentially what I am trying to do is help out the little guy, I will have contests, paid and unpaid also I will have brackets and shit eventually. Also when we get bigger I will make a forum or wordpress or something haven't decieded yet.

Any suggestions to spreading it? I figure the idea of real cash prizes will draw people in.
I will also need some judges.

That may work, I can do it locally. However I want to do something more abroad as well.

Maybe spread it on sites like soundcloud.com . There are many young unexperienced Djs (+ producer) !
