Well, you just made me google some sites. Didn't know about 'em. But I don't think there can be any other site better than Evilzone. No chance !
I'm not saying this because I'd member here or for that karma shit but Evilzone is the site where we say 'We should have this.. We should do that'. This 'WE-factor' has so much importance in any forum. We have the coolest admins, quick reply on any problem, great talents, no ads, trolls, ARTS,... So this site is not just about codes. It's a community.
So definately, ONE AND ONLY EvilZone !!

I tend to stick to one, and it's Evilzone. Was many others before it though...
SecurityOverride is nice because of their giant library of all kinds of challenges, it's an awesome community as well - more on IRC than forums, they said the website doesn't get updated too much.
Intern0t was great at the time when it was active - they still have many loyal members, many idle on IRC, MaXe (the founder) is one of the idlers. Their forum is what I would call dead - 5 posts per month
Hackforums was one of my first forums I joined regarding this "hacking" topic, but then I understood how lame it is, but I kinda should say that it's because of Hackforums I ended up here
