How about starting graphics battles on this forum ? Like a new section named GFX BATTLES , members who are into graphics designing can participate , like the admins give a topic/keyword every week and the members work on that idea and make some creative graphics out of it , the one with the most votes (by admin and public) wins the graphics battle of the week, single win in graphic battle = +5 graphic geek points , graphic geek points should be mentioned above the profile of that person , By that no only we'll encourage the talented designers but also we'll know who's a good designer(by seeing the graphic geek points on their profiles) .

graphics meaning digitally created? i am not a photoshop pro but i can make some non-digital pieces, also i couldnt draw with a mouse if my life depended on it

We can always have tutorials and guide lines for the beginners , trust me that would be great , gfx geek points ; now thats something to compete for , I don't know if you are getting what i exactly mean , but atleast everybody can turn
"a journey of thousand miles starts from a single step"
so doesn't matter if we do not have a lot of graphics expert , atleast everybody will try and practice=perfection
