Formatted memory card using phone

Hi all, please I happened to format a memory card using my mobile phone and when I put it in a reader, it appears there is no device. Please what do I d?

have you tried opening up the disk management interface? you can do that by right clicking on "my computer" and then "manage", on the list you should see disk management.

now connect your reader with the card again and see if it will appear there. if it does then format it through there, hopefully it will work. my friend had a similar problem and i think this is how we solved it.

Thanks @professor potato but i tried it no removable devise was shown in disk management so i couldn't do anything.
