"We where drunk and it sounded like a good idea at the time". LOLOLOLOLOLOL, story of my life.
I worked for Verizon, well Frontier which bought out most of Verizon network.
I see cameras on most of them too. If their digital (which most all are) a hat or hood studded with IR LED's will take care of that. I did the IR LED thing and it hid my face completely, just looked like a flashlight blaring at the cam.
Side note, on a transformer in my city, I reversed the VCC and VDD and blew some corporate transformers and put half the city in a blackout. See first sentence for why lol.
After reading most of the supplied link, this could test a lot of hackers skills. Physical being lockpicking, and physical undetection. Software, breaking wireless security. Post exploit, digging around to find what you need, possible rootkit or trojian for remote lolz.
