Those aren't pictures, those are arts and when a photoshopper open up Photoshop he makes a new canvas then takes a random render/stock from a resource site and then gives it effects/manipulates it.

Please post the original stock/render of those you think that is not 100% mine and I will tell you what I have done.

Ye that one is only pure smudging. New layer>Brush>Smudge, that's the method.
