[Problem] How to enable gpedit.msc

When I type gpedit.msc in the run dialog box, it says windows cann't find gpedit.msc
please help me in enabling it.

I'll tell you a secret hacker technique to find answers to technical problems. It is based on the high probability of the fact that other people already had that problem and shared their solutions on the internet. The hacker tool you have to use is called a search engine. The best version of this tool is widely agreed to be Google's search engine. Check it out. But to use it effectively you need to know what commands to type into the tool. But like with everything, practice makes perfect. Start with typing out the key words into the tool that relates to your problem.

Have a crack at using the tool, but if you still can't find the solution, then you can ask for the community to try to solve it, and if this is a new problem, one more solution to a problem gets added to the search engine's database, and thus improving the search engine's effectiveness as a tool for others to use.

That's because it's not installed on Windows Home or Starter since home users typically don't have Domain Controllers let alone deploy GPOs. Ten seconds of Google gave me this:

It's installed on Windows 7 Ultimate 32 / 64 Bit...
Everything is not what it looks like...
