Why is there a specific session for DUTCH ?

Generally speaking, the foreign language sections in this forum are useless and mostly inactive for long periods of time. So why bother adding them in the first place, this forum should be English and English only.

That is the reasons we got language specific boards. So people have no reason to talk non-English anywhere else
