I completely agree with everything this man (in the video) has to say. About 7 minutes in, he starts to talk about solutions so so forth. And I agree, the concept of class year and groups and all that is stupid. We are all unique and some of us need a couple of extra years to mature and some don't need it.
I have struggled a lot in my life with school and following that great standard the school wants you to be in, but it doesn't work. Honestly, I should have waited a couple of years to mature before I even began "serious" school. I had this change when I was approximately 14-15 years old where I just kind of grew up in a matter of months, this is when I should have started doing serious school. Before that I didn't give a shit.
