I had heard about his brain being abnormal before, pretty interesting topic, how some are actually physically advanced.
But I guess it's just that old debate of heredity and environment. Which has the greatest effect on your intelligence? Got to love psychology :D

If you all know Carl Friedrich Gauss, then you will know that he was predated Einstein and he was a master genius as well. I've read somewhere that Guess's brain had wider neural pathways.
