Key ideas of linear algebra

well as the name says hmm this is like an introduction to linear algebra I almost comprehend it but anyway Im trying to figure it out how are all this applyed into programation look at the part where he creates a triangle on the 3 axes well for me it looks like something related with another think that is not programation if someone can explain it to me I would be grateful .
