I got interested in the shape, look and health of my body. I started doing simple bodyweight exercises like situps and pushups.
I now work out properly in a gym and watch my diet closely.
What makes it awesome is that you never get done, You can always strive for something, Whether it'll be more kilos/pounds, More reps, More sets, Bigger muscle, less fat, use different intensity, Supersets, dropsets, giant/tri sets. And it makes your health better, It makes you have more energy if the diet is proper.

Oh, Yeah. I'm also very interested in reading/watching information about nutrition and exercise and such.
