Well well well... today I transformed an office phone to be able to connect to my mobile. It was easy and only cost me 2$. Compared to the ready-made phone that costs much more, mine has a socket with which you can replace the phone without having to re-solder the wires...

I wrote all the
instruction on my blog in my language. But mainly I just combined 2 ideas from
here and
here and the result is pretty satisfying
Though on some phones it may be like, I can hear the other end loud and clear, but the guy I'm talking to might not hear me that well - I noticed this on my HTC Wildfire. And on Nokia 5800 it's the opposite - they can hear me well, but I can barely hear him. And on my laptop I can hear and speak clearly.
So this has to be a hardware issue.
