« on: January 31, 2013, 06:43:51 am »
Ok, so i thought if i want to learn programing to code like a  wizard i need to be very good at solving math problems, so i wanted to take a look at all the  subjects of math. So i did a search and got this,
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lists_of_mathematics_topics

I kinda freaked out seeing so many topics and subjects of math . Now sure i studyed math at school but that aint good enoug for programming . I need to learn more. But witch ones? Im spitty sure i dont need nor can  learn all of them. So witch ones?
I know i must learn
*Algorithm
*calculas
*vector math(for hands)
*matrix math
*quaternions
*linear algebra
 for the sake of  programming

any more subjects? Pleas add them in your replys and ill be off to the book searching.
Thank you

P.S
Im not so sure if i should learn physics too , but if i should then tell me.

Probability
Number Systems
Trigonometry ( needed in calculus)
Statistics  ( data mining etc)

Functions ( if u did not include them in calculus)

Physics is awesome to learn, but not much needed... unless you are into hardware and need to learn circuits and all... even then Newtonian physics is unneeded
