Best Text-To-Speech Software?

I'm looking for a text-to-speech software that can take a sample voice in and generate voice from text based on the given sample. And of course, it should also do speech-to-text.
Does such thing exist?

AV voice changer is a good choice here. It can take voice samples and change other voice to sound like the sample voice. So you can make the speech in a tts app and make it sound like whatever you want with AV voice changer.

Search the forum for "TTS apps", i posted it in the ebook section.
