Allround hacker or specialized hacker? What is better?

Dear People,
I want to getting into be a good hacker. Maybee i will open a security company in few years.
Where to start? (Grade 1 (is bad) to 5)
  • Working 3 Years since university as software Developer
  • C#, java Grade 4
  • C, C++ Grade 3 (4 years since last projects, needs polish)
  • Network Grade 3
  • Network Security Grade 2
  • Windows Grade 3
  • Windows Server Grade 2
  • Linux Grade 4 (almost no compiler skills)
  • Database Programming Grade 5
  • Database Maintenance Grade 2
  • Web Development Grade 2
  • Html Grade 4
  • PHP Grade 2
  • Mobile Development (little Android java and up to zero Objective C) Grade 2
  • Multi Tier Development Grade 3
My question:
I'm more allround where do I start getting a good hacker?
Is it better to specialize?
Companies around me are in need of network security I think.
What is your option?

Now, you should read about what a hacker is, it not all about programming languages and such.
Ever tweaked with the cables on a toy? Then you are a "hacker". The term hacker is really wide, it can be all from disassemble a toy car to crack the servers of a company.
The media has made the term hacker into a group of teenage boys that sit in their rooms and hack governments.
I do think you are talking about computer hacking, and more specifically into server and network security. Then I think you should go for learning pentesting and computer security. Just Google it or look here.
