« on: March 25, 2013, 07:57:43 am »
Today I booted up my machine after the last update.
I have conky running an I noticed a 4-5 degrees celcius drop on my CPU when running idle.
Thats just fckng fantastic!

Probably something in the kernel, went through the changelog but couldnt find anything.

Or, it might be running the on-demand cpu governor .   It scales the cpu freq as needed.

I update like every other day. One was like almost 300mb and one of the damn mirrors kept timing out... Fixed now though.

I think EZ should have a mirror at least for some of the hacking related things in AUR.
