Tracking-Reading Msg

Is there any way to track a phone number to see his location? or to read msg?

I tried SMSGlobal for trying to see if i can read the msg but can't , i send from a number to the number registered there and checked the incoming sms report but its empty so it don't work.

What are other ways?

You can't read a message remotely on some phone. And you cannot trace the phone unless you have really-high tech things (talking about tracing over GSM triangulation, not GPS or otherwise).
