You never said, "i want to make the mags layout" or something and when you have to work in a team, the most important thing is communication. Even if you do buisnes online youll be tortured by the clints by their hundreds of messages requesting you to do this and that... And if you dont talk to them about the final product during the work progress, and show up in the end with ze final product, the clint will leave you forever. So what im saying is, this is a community project. no one is here to boss around you, youll have to discuss and do things and show it here. So its kinda your fault waiting for someone to tell you what to do.(i made an index without asking if they need any, which ended up in waste of time) So you stayed in the dark and never came out.

P.S
Just to let everyone know, ill try to make the mags layout next time.

I received a message on April 3rd saying that it was time to start working on it, and then on April 4th corrupted said that he took it upon himself to make a pre-final draft, and then a message on April 5th from kulvers saying it was done. After that I wasn't informed of anything and I still don't have access to IRC. I assumed it was already done and ready to go, so I didn't ask any questions and waited to see what it looked like, but then it never came. There haven't been any new posts in the EZine board since even before those messages so I also got the impression that it might have been abandoned. Nobody seemed to be talking about it.

Hi silenthunder,

no need to worry.. lol. You haven't been fired or anything. I was running out of time in the end and so I took the stuff I got the fastest. We decided to not talk to much about the contents and everything as we wanted to have something special in the magazine. Who would have read it if we talked about every single point in detail on the boards? Don't think about it to much and I think rasenoves comment wasn't meant this way. He sometimes has a pretty rude way to say something :) Being polite even if you don't want to is one of the highest skills one can have :) At least in my opinion.

Cheers,
RBA

No matter what I do, every IRC client I get fails. Kulvers sent me 2 cracked x-chats but they keep telling me I'm missing a .dll file or that my 30 days is up even after I do the patches. I tried 2 or 3 really weird programs like hexchat and mIRC but hexchat can't find anything at all and mIRC kept crashing

Ok well that got somewhat confusing I guess, but I assumed it was nothing and decided to wait till someone said something to me. Thanks for clearing that up.

If you use firefox just get the chatzilla add-on, that's what I got.

I have the 2 newest xchats but one won't run because it says my 30 days is up, and the other says I'm missing a .dll file. Unless I'm just not doing the patch right...

Nicely done!

And yay! the first computer meme I ever came up with is in there :D
"A programmer’s greatest enemy isn’t the tools or the boss or the artists or the design or the legacy code or the third party code or the API or the OS. A programmer’s greatest enemy is getting stuck.
Therefore a crucial step to becoming a better programmer is learning how to avoid getting stuck, to recognize when you’re stuck, and to get unstuck." -Jeff Wofford

Thought that was the one I have cuz they were both 2.8 but I tried it and it works. Even has EvilZone preconfigured for some reason... Thanks

Comparing a small-town forum ezine to one of, if not the biggest international computer security magazine, is unfair.

Not to mention Evilzine has very high quality (content-wise) for a small community. It also has that cult value that you simply can't get from bigger publications.
