I jog every day (mostly) and pushups, situps etc. No special diet and stuff like that.
One (of several) good things about jogging is that you notice the effect really fast, so it makes it more fun to do so :)

Cool :) How long, What terrain and what intensity do you run in?
How many repetitions and sets of pushups and situps do you do?
Maybe you should join a gym so you can do some real strength training instead of just pushups and situps? :)
You could also run on the treadmill but if you prefer outside you could do that outside the gym. For example when the winter comes, It could be nice to have a place to run where it's not covered in snow/ice.

I always say that I will do my cycling bicicle at home but since Idk how much time should a person do to be healthy Im not interested on it anymore :-\

What? Please explain in deep details.
Bicycling doesn't have to make you healthy.
What is your definition of healthy?

I run everyday. Usually about 2 miles on a dirt road fluctuating between jogging and sprinting.

Usually i 'only' run 1.5-2km, and i try to do some intervals (like 4min running, 30sec/1min break and repeat) and other times i just run without the break.
trying to do;
30x3 situps
20x3 pushups
Sometimes more, sometimes less :) And about a gym, sure, if it wasn't so incredibly expensive where i live, i'd have to travel some to get to a place thats cheaper, lol.

You compete in fitness? Do you use any other supplements than Creatine?
How is your diet and workout regime?
Pictures?
I saw the thread title and could tell it was you who started it at first glance :P
I do power-lifting (squat, bench,DL allot) , I use my bike allot and I also do allot of trail riding on my motorbike witch is very very intense physically.
Hehe, Seems like you know me quite well :)
How is the powerlifting going?
Are you still eating that beef?
I can see that your motorbiking is going quite well from what i've seen in your pictures.

Once a week I do an exercise activity with a friend. Sometimes it's the gym, sometimes it's a hike, sometimes it's swimming, etc. I also walk pretty much everywhere I go.

My train varies along the time of the year, right now I'm working (only for 2 months so, it's ok if I don't do much exercise meanwhile) I have less time, but the usual was exercise every 2 days and in the gym was 2 different bicycles, and cross, then I would do sit-ups and push ups.
The bicycles and cross were mainly to keep the body fat free, but the sit-ups and the push ups actually toned the body.
I used to do separated sit ups (superior, lateral, medium, lower, and then complete ones) and between each set of sit ups I would do push ups.
Would total around 300 sit ups and 100 push ups on my best, with 45 minutes of cardiovascular.
If you follow that training for 2 weeks, you'll notice the difference.
The food... I eat a lot of junk and doesn't really matter, that practice it's beast! :P
I also lift some one-handed weights to train my biceps when I don't go to the gym, since push ups don't. Currently I was lifting 16Kg if I'm not mistaken (started off 2 Kg xD)
On weight lifting I advice to start off with a low weight (really low) but to do around 35-50 lifts up in a row, and keep on that until you can do it 2 times, then you can start moving on to the one with more weight, that way you won't simply have huge biceps, but defined ones with lots of strength and resistance.

i bought a cheap pull up bar on the internet and its one of the best purchases ive ever made. every day i try to do ten or 15 when i wake up, then i try to do more every time i walk by it. since its in the doorway to my room thats easy to do, its been great for my upper body

I'm pretty active throughout the week. I go the gym 5 days a week for weight lifting. One day of rest and one day for cardio. Monday and Thursday is biceps, triceps, lats, and back areas. Tuesday is cardio, Wednesday and Saturday is abs, and shoulders (rhomboids, delts, traps, etc.). I think I'll be switching my wednesday and tuesday workouts though. So I spend fair amount of time at the gym. During the winter season I do wrestling (2 years so far) My diet's pretty well balanced. I try to take in natural protein -white meats, fish, eggs, milk etc. whenever possible. Other than that I just try to eat healthy with plenty of fruits and veggies. (except for the weekends once in a while ;) ) So far it's been going well. I really want to start mma training but the place where they meet is a ways away. I might be able to start sometime in the summer. Until then I guess it'll just be weight training. ;D

I need to get back in to shape, I haven't gained any weight for years but would like some more muscle. My plan is pretty simple. My goals for this summer is to do something coding related and workout everyday.
How I plan to motivate myself:
Basically when I want to do a random task I will force myself to do a set of some excersize before proceeding. For example, whenever I am about to play a game or start a new match I will do a set of something or other and not allow myself to play until I complete it. So if I do 10 matches of starcraft that will translate into a lot of working out but won't feel like I am really doing a lot of working out because I will mostly be playing SC. Or say I am watching TV, everytime these is a commercial I will work out until it comes back on. Will also keep track in excel to make myself more accountable. I'll see how this goes. :)
I have pretty strong will power so hopefully this goes well.

It sounds like you're trying to develop OCD
,,And you're not going to get anything out of exercise in that way, lol.

Well something is better than nothing right? lol It might not be a full workout routine but at least it gets something done ^_^
@Tsar Motivation is the key to working out, it doesn't matter what the motivation is as long as it gets you to workout. If you can find a way to do something you love while working out, then it will make working out more enjoyable and easier to do. i.e. If you like tv, then most gyms have cardio machines that you can use while watching tv. (that was a kinda lame example because I'm sure you already knew that. -Just making a point) Maybe you'll find that one type of working out suits you better than another. Sometimes when people think of working out, all they think of is cardio or lifting weights. But you can do other things, (maybe you enjoy sports? If you have some bars nearby, some gymnastic stuff can provide a thorough workout. Punching bags. Fighting. Plain old hard work, like yard work even provides somewhat of an exercise. ) Start simple and build up from there.
Anyways, I'm done rambling now.
