Yeah I had to figure out in the default firmware section it was DHCP disabled .. I know its moronic but that's not me it my router ... To make sure I altered the selections too and I found out if I turn it off it would cause a problem but if I turn it on put on an open DNS as requested the installation would be successful. Silly but its ironic What to do some things pretty fucking messed up that doesn't have any basic actuality but this is how they work
