I eat paleo (meat, fish, eggs, veggies, nuts and seeds, a little fruit).

I stay away from grains, beans, processed foods, sugar, dairy (most of the time; a little cheese here and there), industrial oils. Been doing this for a year, and I feel great.

I'm a simple man whenever I see food I eat it.

Ive been trying to go vegan since last year...now though Im more vegetarian and animal product reduced as you say...but my goal will always be to be vegan...and that is what i strive for...

i eat this way for the environment and animal rights/welfare and health

my last meal was vegetarian fried spaghetti...veggies, vegan meat crumblys, angel hair, traditional ragu and sour cream...the sauce and sour cream made it vegetarian

Try not to let your eating preferences define who you are.

I like home-cooking. Wish my lady would make me sandwiches for lunch so I could save money.
$50 a week for lunch adds up.

I try to treat myself to Manchurian beef once a week. I work my ass off and all the money goes to rent, so I buy myself some Chinese food, it makes me happy; then im hungry 20 minutes later.

Better to have a multi-vitamin and not need it, then to need it and not have it. Also applies to condoms, weapons, faith, etc.

Are you vegan, vegetarian, meat-eater, fish-eater, raw food eater, fast food eater, etc?

I have no strict rules on what I eat, but for 2 years now  90% of time my food is vegetarian. It's beans. boiled eggs, bananas and all kinds of vegetable salad with youghurt. Sometimes when I'm in a mood for IRL low tech hacks I scam some beef and lamb meat on self service checkouts. Then I cook that meat only with salt on grill :D

Why do you eat the way you do?

I eat boiled eggs, because it requires  just a little bit of time to prepare and it is in superfood category ir contains many good things. So It's like I put 15 eggs in a pot with water and leave it on cooker for 15-40min :D sometimes I forget it for a few hours and t has some terrible consequences with smell for a few days :D
I think it is because I live alone for like 5 years now, so I learned best ways to prepare food for myself without spending too much time in a kitchen.

What is your opinion about veganism?

Well I'm neutral on this one. Because I eat all kinds of food. And I'm not judging others for their choices of food.

What was your last meal?

LOL. Salt & Vinegar Sticks + Apple Cider

My family are into healthy eating and fitness so I've found my diet vaguely matches a fairly standard bodybuilding one, but generally, I just eat whatever I want:

Breakfast:
Oats + Milk/Water + either some whey protein or will mix some 0% Greek yoghurt in + maybe some honey to sweeten + fruit

Lunch:
Some sort of vegetables + either Tuna, Mozzarella, Chicken or Turkey breast

Snack/Meal right after school:
Oats + Water + a little bit of protein

Dinner:
Whatever I feel like, usually vegetables, brown rice + meat/fish

I snack on fruit and vegetables and yoghurt sometimes

Generally don't really eat food for pleasure, but I'd say my weaknesses are ice cream and chocolate. Plainly put, I just see food as a means of fuelling my body and making it perform at an optimum level

I don't really have strict rules on what I'm eating. I'm trying to intake less sugar and that's all that comes to my mind when I think about eating more healthy, because I really like sweets.
I eat the way I do because since I was little no one really talked to me about it and tried to change my eating habits. Maybe because they aren't actually bad, I don't know.
I did think about veganism and I don't think we will ever come to an agreement if it is the right way. It's kinda hard to approach the problem objectively, because the nature of the problem is very subjective and depends heavily on personal beliefs. So I'd say that everyone should eat whatever they want.
However, I do think that we have to be careful and put a limit to how much meat we produce so that we don't endanger more species than we already have.
I see that many people become vegan because they are against animal brutality, and IMO that's a wrong approach. I do believe that as a species that doesn't get eaten very often we have the responsibility to treat the animals we eat with respect, but becoming vegan because of that is giving up without a fight.
There's nothing wrong in eating living things, what in the world isn't a living thing?
Let's just treat them better, because they do feel pain and no one likes pain (at least no one with a healthy mind).

Mice.

But in all seriousness, I am a major carnivore. I have severe chronic anemia, so I have to eat quite a bit to keep my iron up. Funny thing is, we discovered it when I attempted a vegetarian diet. Despite eating plenty of plant matter with iron, my levels dropped so bad that I was convulsing, joints locking up, all sorts of jazz. Doc says I just process animal based iron a lot better than plant based! Keeps me really little though, so I guess I can't complain.
Been dropping out sugars and carbs almost completely though, cept juice and fruit. Marrying a type 1 diabetic in a few weeks. Goodbye delicious sugary sugar, goodbye cake, goodbye.
Oh...

Well as many of you could assume by my nick i eat pasta. This is true.

However being that I weight lift my diet is all over the map. I typically 6 months out of the year follow a diet through renaissance periodization. The other months eat like a bear getting ready for hibernation.

I hate fish, avocado

I'm currently on the eating like a bear phase. Since I'm nursing a hamstring injury and neck injury ..

Advice never let your ego do the lifting for you hahah.

Favorites: steak, beef jerky, steak, burgers, any meat smoked

Now I recommend seasonings by flavor God
