There is always next season. Get a bow. Grizzly from Reflex. Can't go wrong with a slam and a half cam system. Guns are fun, but kill some birds with a bow and you got my respect. Point and shoot compared to something with skill. I've killed boar, birds, and deer with a bow I made from PVC piping, guns are weak.

But if it's a shotgun, go with cheap, they are all the same.

Bow hunting > everything else.

The cz912 would probably be the best bet out of the 3 though.

I must agree with hanorotu here, choose cz912, but i give you the advise to take a look at Saiga-12,has AK ergonomics but has full choke complement plus the adjustable polychoke that is offered, very light recoil and very easy maintenance. http://www.saiga-12.com/.

And you will gain the respect among hunters  ;D

Mr. Perfect the OP wants to hunt birds, he doesn't want to fight in a war battle  ;D ;D

Dragunov is forbidden and is not an accurate  gun. I suppose the OP is based in Europe so it's illegal.
The saiga12 it may look a bit strange but is legal to have and use, like any other shotgun etc.

no  actually if  you change it  to not  shot automatic, and  cut  the  magazine to chamber only 5 rounds  it's legal
but i  woander what  will remain  out  of  a  pheasant , or  duck if  a 7,4x64  hit's it  hit's it
12 gage it's ok  I seen  a pheasant beheaded at 10 meters or  sow
at less than 10 metres you sieve  that  bird whit 3,5-4,5 palets
and  we have our on dragunov type the psl 54 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PSL_(rifle) but it' kind of ileagal if the producer didn't specife it as  a  sporting rifle a lot trouble  registering it  but  there  are  the  Tigers  alsow  produced by izmaish like  the  saiga and it's ok course it's produced for hunting  maybe later

what do think about this?
It's cheap, accurate, has a good range and can fire a wide variety of pellets. The down side is that its a single shot so you must be a good shot if you want to use it ;)

@Gexxos
i thought that was a modified AK-47 when i first looked at it ;)

I don't do it for sport. If I kill it, I eat it. And from what I've heard, people don't taste that good.

Nonsense, you just have to cook him right and the meat will be tasteful, here is how:

It is important to cook your "evil human" thoroughly, as they tend to be filled with a wide array of viruses and bacteria, especially swine flu. Human flesh should not be consumed unless it has been cooked to an internal temperature of at least 160°F. With that in mind, you can pretty much substitute  "evil human"  in any of your existing beef or pork recipes, but, since  "evil human"  meat has a genetic resemblance to pork due to Greediness, it is more common to use in pork recipes.

Slow cooking tends to be the best way to bring out all of the natural flavors while optimizing the texture of the meat. As with all meats, you never want to over-cook your  "evil human" .
A general rule of thumb for oven roasting your  "evil human"  is 15-20 minutes per pound, but cooking times vary according to the recipe you are using.
 ;D

This is a joke. Please do not try at home.
